Dog Training Classes at Animal Magic Dog Club

We offer the following dog training courses

Foundation Course - Puppy or Junior & Adult - Terms 1 & 2 Classes are 45 mins
 Courses are held indoors, with occasional outdoor classes in the summer. The objective of the foundation course is to provide owners with a wide range of skills so that they can care for and train their dog. more >>>

Puppy play group — Sessions are 30 minutes
 Courses are held indoors and outdoors depending on the weather. The objective of the play group is to enable your puppy to communicate effectively with other dogs. more >>>

Obedience on walks - Bronze and Silver classes are 45 mins, Gold is 60 mins.
Courses are held outdoors unless raining then we use an indoor venue.
The objective of the obedience on walks courses is to give owners control of their dogs on and off lead in a wide variety of outside situations.

Agility - All classes are 45 minutes 
Courses are held indoors in winter outdoor in summer (weather permitting). Obedience, socialisation, jumping, obstacles and fun in one course. Dogs should only come into this class if they have successfully completed our foundation course or they have done basic training elsewhere and be at least 8 months old. more >>>

Flyball Agility — All classes are 45 minutes
 Courses are held indoors. All the fun of agility with the added excitement of catching a tennis ball from the flyball machine. Dogs should only come into this course if they have successfully completed our foundation course or they have done basic training elsewhere. more >>>

Gundog (Scurry) - All classes are 60 minutes
 Courses are held outdoors unless heavy rain then indoors. The objective of this course is to channel the natural hunting skills of your dog so that you have control, fun and your dog will be able to compete in gundog scurries at local shows. more >>>

Private Lessons
These are ideal if you need to perfect a certain task or behaviour and you find you need a bit of extra assistance. Private lessons may also be the answer if you would like training at a time to suit you and your dog. For example you may be here on holiday and cannot attend a normal course or your work pattern prevents you committing to set times and days. more >>>
